Q: What is the difference between your Tough Case and Slim Case?

A: Both cases offer excellent protection with a key difference in construction:

  • Tough Case (Dual-Layer): Features two layers—a hard polycarbonate outer shell and a soft TPU inner liner for maximum shock absorption and drop protection.

  • Slim Case (Single-Layer): Made from a single layer of hard polycarbonate, keeping your phone sleek while protecting it from daily scratches and minor bumps.

Q: Are your phone cases compatible with wireless charging?

A: Yes, all our phone cases are designed to be fully compatible with wireless charging. You do not need to remove the case.

Q: What is the difference between a Glossy and a Matte finish?

A:

  • Glossy Finish: A shiny, reflective finish that makes the artwork look vibrant and eye-catching.

  • Matte Finish: A smooth, non-reflective finish that resists fingerprints and has a premium, soft-touch feel.

Q: How do I care for my phone case? Will the print fade?

A: We use a high-quality printing process to ensure the artwork is durable. To clean your case, simply wipe it with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or alcohol. With normal use, the print will not fade or peel.

Ordering & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards (including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Maestro) and other major international cards through our secure payment gateway.

Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

A: Currently, we do not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

Q: Are there any extra taxes added to the prices?

A: No. All prices on our website are final and inclusive of all taxes (GST). There are no hidden charges.

Q: How do I know my order is confirmed?

A: After your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

A: We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any changes. Please contact us at info@tekva.in within 6 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after this period.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. After shipping, the estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days, depending on your location in India.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link and number to track its live status.

Q: Do you ship all over India?

A: Yes, we offer free shipping all across India.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We have a customer-friendly 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return. Best of all, return shipping is completely free! The product must be unused and in its original condition. To start a return, please visit our Return Request page.

Q: I received a damaged/wrong product. What should I do?

A: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our support team at info@tekva.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund immediately.

Q: How long does it take to get a refund?

A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
